Overall the book was good but it had the potential to be great. Loved the storyline. Loved the characters. Was very disappointed in the editing. It wasn't the worst I've seen, but it had so many little mistakes that it drove me a little crazy. All that was needed was a proofreader.Also, I think the unanswered questions surrounding that sicko James, the custody battle of Samara, and the lil brother's teenage baby mama was leading into a part two so I anticipated a really good cliffhanger that never happened. I'd like a part two to tie up the loose ends but please don't stretch this out into a 5 part series. Please.
Now, about ms Sonya. I really appreciated the author creating a female character with a hell of a backbone. Granted, she was a little scorned, in denial, and hard on a good man but she was a far cry better than a lot of the other female leads out here. For some strange reason many authors seem to think its a mark of strength and great love for the female to put up with lying, cheating, and outside children. It's tired and quite frankly weak ass hell. There are too many good men out here to put up with all that disrespectful and degrading ish in the name of love.
Speaking of good men, can we give a standing ovation for X?! He put up with more than a little bit of stress dealing with Sonya's stubborn self but he fought hard for a good woman who he knew was just running scared. Too many men want it easy and miss out on a love worth fighting for. I'm looking forward to reading more from this author.

So disappointing. Editing was not good at all. It was very hard to really get into the story because to me there were a lot of unbelievable scenarios.
Great read. Love how she overcame her past to move on. Hope a second books comes out soon. Thanks for a good book
This was a really good story about love sometimes our past do hold us back cause we are scared .
The grammar could have been a lot better I loved the story line even the ending but i found myself getting frustrated with the grammar
This story was a good one.. I like that it's a standalone and not 3 books..lol something different..anyways a must read.. I enjoyed it.
It was an good book . Sonya was kinda irritating with the way she was acting but it was understandable towards the end . I'm happy the way it ended . I would however like to know what happened to James
I wish there was more to this story I wasn't ready for it to end ...... I knew she was too big for one baby that happens often one twin hides the other and ultrasounds aren't always accurate...... Loved this book good job
